First they did not have envelopes to fit my cards.Cards were to be perforated but they ran out so they tried to give me huge over-sized envelopes.
They told me my purchase price actually only covered the cards. The cards are free. Pissed me off. They ended up giving me a bunch of random colored envelopes that at least fit.
They admitted they were low on ink so photo quality is terrible with a random yellow splotch on each card. Took great pains to design the card with three images only to have it turn out dark and fuzzy. I ordered online and was told I could not get a refund! Just awful!
Of course its a week before Christmas and now I am in a jam. They should not promote this business when they are so ill-equipped to manage it.
Staff at store was not sympathetic and more or less clueless about how to problem solve.Nothing else to say on the matter.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $62.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
