I placed an online order. Paid for it and later went to store to pick up.

When I got there I was told my order was ready, but we don't have the envelopes. I had paid for this!!!!! How can I mail invitations if I don't have the envelope. So I asked her to call other store.

No other store had them either. They no longer carry this size envelope. So I stood in the store at the counter calling around other stores in the near vicinity. (Walmart, Walgreens, finally Michaels).

They had the envelopes now I would have to travel across town to get them. I really feel this is unfair to me. and I should not have to pay for something that I did not get. the final kicker was that my order was printed on paper that was perforated to tear apart so my invitations would have to be cut in half.

The lady working in the department, was so afraid to use the cutting board. she put it on there, but could not bring herself to cut them apart for fear of messing them up. So I had to take the invitations as whole sheets and try to cut them myself.

I am livid about this. I spent $55 on this!

I didn't like: That advertised for one thing and could not deliver.
